GENERAL RETURN POLICY

 

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair/replace it or credit your account. You are eligible for a CREDIT/GIFT CARD or EXCHANGE which are subject to the below terms:

 

The product that is bought from the Physical Stores can be returned. All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: No returns after 30 days. No returns on digital or service-based products.

 

You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:

 

If applicable we will send you a shipping label once the return request has been approved. Please make sure to include the return slip in the package.

 

CREDIT POLICY

You are given 30 days to ask for the credit from the date of purchase. Customers are entitled to ask for STORE-CREDIT in exchange for the Goods

 

Credits that have been given back to the customer are allowed to be used on our Website and Physical Stores.

 

In order for the product to be eligible for Credit make sure that the following conditions are met:

 

The product must be returned in its original packaging

The product wasn't used or damaged

The product must include original tags (if applicable)

The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

The product that are on sale or discounted is eligible for Credit

 

If the product you have received turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality (save for direct warranty products which are discussed below), please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.

 

We offer 100% return to refund that is processed through Store Credit and has No Expiry Period. Unfortunately, Credits can't be used to pay for shipping fees.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variation, provided such variation is available. Customers are allowed to exchange for items within 30 days. Exchanges exceeding 30 days will not be processed.

 

In order to be eligible for exchanges make sure that the following conditions are met:

 

The product must be returned in its original packaging

The product wasn't used or damaged

The product must include original tags (if applicable)

The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

You are required to ship back the product for the item to be inspected and replaced.

 

Your exchanged product will be processed Once items are received and conditions confirmed.

 

You are given the right to exchange the item, Two times. Provided that all conditions in Exchange Policy are met.
